The Eagles now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Prince Avenue Christian for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 7. Eastside will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Athens Christian drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Monroe Area (Monroe, GA) to clash with the Purple Hurricanes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 5. The Purple Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
