The Springtown Porcupines volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Midlothian Heritage Jaguars to 1 in the Porcupines non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Porcupines now have a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Blum for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. Springtown will play a Bobcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Burleson (Burleson, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Midlothian Heritage drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Crowley (Crowley, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21.
