The Banks County Leopards softball squad (Homer, GA), was routed 13-1 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA)

The Indians host Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA) to face the Wolverines in a 2A Region 8 contest on Thursday, August 29. The Wolverines enter the contest with a record of 9-3. Prince Avenue Christian won 10-0 in their recent league contest against Hart County (Hartwell, GA)
