August 28, 2025: Athens, GA 30622 Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines (Athens, GA) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA), 15-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Prince Avenue Christian improves its record to 11-1 on the year. The Wolverines host Apalachee (Winder, GA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 2. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 2-7. Apalachee lost 4-3 in their recent league match against Jackson County (Jefferson, GA)
Next up, the Indians play the Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 2. Stephens County will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Indians come into the match with a 10-2 record after their 4-3 league win over White County (Cleveland, GA).
