With the victory, Prince Avenue Christian advances its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Franklin County (Carnesville, GA) to battle the Lions in a 2A Region 8 bout on Thursday, September 11. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Franklin County lost 9-0 in their recent league bout against Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA)
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 11. East Jackson will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 4-3 league win over Hart County (Hartwell, GA).
