The Lyons-Decatur Northeast Cougars were victorious over the host Tekamah-Herman Tigers volleyball team by a tally of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Cougars now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Humphrey-Lindsay for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. Lyons-Decatur Northeast will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Bancroft-Rosalie (Bancroft, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Tekamah-Herman drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to North Bend Central (North Bend, NE) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
