The Poca The Dots felled the host Buffalo Bison football team by a score of 34-6 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the The Dots face the Midland Trail Patriots (Hico, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Poca will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 41-13 non-league win over Clay County (Clay, WV).

The Bison (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Clay County (Clay, WV). The Panthers come into the Little Kanawha test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Clay County was defeated by Midland Trail (Hico, WV), 41-13, in a non-league test.
