August 30, 2025: Carlisle, IA 50047 The Mt. Pleasant Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Carlisle Wildcats to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Washington for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. Mt. Pleasant will play a Demons team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, IA). The Demons record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Carlisle drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Ballard (Huxley, IA) to play the Bombers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Bombers come into the outing with a record of 2-3. Ballard lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Iowa City West (Iowa City, IA)
