In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Randle Lions football squad scored a decisive 64-6 triumph over the Alief Elsik Rams.

The Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Fort Bend Travis routed Jordan (Fulshear, TX), 27-16, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Rams meet the Iowa Colony Pioneers (Iowa Colony, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 12. Alief Elsik will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Pioneers come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 42-17 non-league win over Crosby (Crosby, TX).
