The Carlin Railroaders overwhelmed the visiting McDermitt Bulldogs football squad by a margin of 54-8 in Friday's league test.

The Railroaders now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eureka for a 1A Northern (8 Man) test on Thursday, September 11. Carlin will clash with a Vandals squad coming off a 40-26 non-league loss to Tonopah (Tonopah, NV). The Vandals record now stands at 0-2.

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Wells (Wells, NV). The Leopards enter the 1A Northern (8 Man) game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Wells was ripped by Virginia City (Virginia City, NV), 12-6, in a league game.
