Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Minutemen (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Holdrege (Holdrege, NE). The Dusters come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Holdrege edged Norton (Norton, KS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Cozad Haymakers (Cozad, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Hershey will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Haymakers come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Southern Valley (Oxford, NE).
