Pennsylvania High School Football - Union City drops to Eisenhower

September 8, 2023: Union City, PA 16438

In Friday's non-league game, the Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA) football team knocked off the host Union City Bears (Union City, PA), by a final score of 34-13.

The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Seneca (Erie, PA). The Bobcats come into the District 10 Region 2 game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Seneca was dropped by Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA), 56-6, in a league game.

The Bears now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Iroquois for a District 10 Region 2 game on Friday, September 15. Union City will battle a Braves team coming off a 13-7 league win over Northwestern (Albion, PA). The Braves record now stands at 1-2.
