The Adams Central Patriots softball squad (Hastings, NE), was routed 12-2 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders (Grand Island, NE)

With the triumph, Grand Island Central Catholic betters its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Northwest (Grand Island, NE) to battle the Vikings in a B District 8 bout on Thursday, September 11. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Northwest won 17-2 in their recent non-league bout against Kearney Catholic (Kearney, NE)

In their next game, the Patriots battle the York Dukes (York, NE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 11. Adams Central will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Dukes go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Milford (Milford, NE).
