Missouri High School Volleyball - Malden tips New Madrid County Central
September 9, 2025: New Madrid, MO 63869 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Malden Green Wave (Malden, MO) and the host New Madrid County Central Eagles (New Madrid, MO), observed Malden's volleyball team hold off New Madrid County Central by a count of 3-2.
The Green Wave (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Kennett (Kennett, MO). The Indians go into the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Kennett tipped Doniphan (Doniphan, MO), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Eagles now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 10. New Madrid County Central will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Dexter (Dexter, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
