Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Central Academy of Technology & Arts Cougars (Monroe, NC), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Forest Hills improves its record to 2-9 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Anson (Wadesboro, NC) to face the Bearcats in a Rocky River 4A/5A test on Tuesday, September 16. The Bearcats go into the test with a record of 10-2.

Next, the Cougars play the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 15. Central Academy of Technology & Arts will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Spiders come into the outing with a 7-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC).
