The Central Academy of Technology & Arts Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Monroe Redhawks to 0 in the Cougars league win on Tuesday.

Next up, the Cougars face the West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) in a Rocky River 4A/5A game, on Thursday, September 18. Central Academy of Technology & Arts will attempt to advance on its 6-9 season record. The Colts go into the game with a 12-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Cox Mill (Concord, NC).
