The Southwestern Rebels volleyball squad (Hanover, IN), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Corydon Central Panthers (Corydon, IN)

With the win, Corydon Central improves its record to 2-12 on the season. The Panthers travel to Evansville Christian (Evansville, IN) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 11-5. Evansville Christian lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Southridge (Huntingburg, IN)

Next, the Rebels meet the Christian Academy Warriors (New Albany, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 13. Southwestern will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 11-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Jeffersonville (Jeffersonville, IN).
