Willard Tigers (Willard, MO) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Willard upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Tigers host Waynesville (Waynesville, MO) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 6-3. Waynesville won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Hillcrest (Springfield, MO)

The Hornets now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Branson for a non-league test on Sunday, September 14. Hillcrest will face a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 8-6.
