The Mohawk Area Warriors (Bessemer, PA) football routed the host Riverside Panthers (Ellwood City, PA), 45-0 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Warriors face the New Brighton Lions (New Brighton, PA) in a WPIAL AA Midwestern bout, on Friday, September 22. Mohawk Area will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 63-20 league loss to Beaver Falls (Beaver Falls, PA).
