The Gering Bulldogs triumphed over the visiting Chase County Longhorns softball squad by a count of 17-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Bayard Tigers (Bayard, NE) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Gering will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 2-8 record after their 21-12 non-league loss to Gothenburg (Gothenburg, NE).
