North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mount Pleasant overwhelmed by Anson
September 18, 2025: Mt. Pleasant, NC 28124 The Anson Bearcats topped the host Mount Pleasant Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Bearcats face the Chesterfield Golden Rams (Chesterfield, SC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 23. Anson will attempt to advance on its 13-2 season record. The Golden Rams go into the game with a 3-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to North Central (Kershaw, SC).
The Tigers (6-10) will now prepare for their outing against North Stanly (New London, NC). The Comets come into the non-league outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, North Stanly defeated Union Academy (Monroe, NC), 3-1, in a league outing.
