In Friday's league match, the visiting Johnson-Brock Eagles football squad scored a decisive 54-8 victory over the Johnson County Central Thunderbirds.

The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Elmwood-Murdock walloped Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer (Humboldt, NE), 68-6, in a league battle.
