Missouri High School Softball - Central bounces Fort Osage
September 20, 2024: St. Joseph, MO 64501 In Friday's non-league match, the host Central Indians softball team scored a nice 12-4 win over the Fort Osage Indians.
The Indians (6-9) will now prepare for their match against Oak Park (Kansas City, MO). The Northmen come into the Class 4 District 16 match with a 3-11 record. In their last match, Oak Park was routed by Liberty (Liberty, MO), 11-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Lafayette Fighting Irish (St. Joseph, MO) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 21. Fort Osage will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Fighting Irish come into the match with a 5-11 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Park Hill South (Riverside, MO).
