Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Wolves now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Foothill for a outing on Tuesday, September 30.

With the loss, Yreka moves to 1-10 on the season. The Miners travel to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 2-2. West Valley won 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Orland (Orland, CA)
