September 24, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27615 The Millbrook Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Wakefield Wolverines to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Green Level for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 25. Millbrook will play a Gators team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Gators record now stands at 13-0.
With the loss, Wakefield drops to 8-4 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Heritage (Wake Forest, NC) to play the Huskies in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 26. The Huskies come into the outing with a record of 10-0. Heritage won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC)
