California High School Volleyball - Summit Shasta over More

September 25, 2025: Daly City, CA 94015

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA) and the visiting More Knights (San Jose, CA), observed Summit Shasta's volleyball team top More by a tally of 3-0.

The Black Bears (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Basis Independent Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA). The Bobcats enter the Private School - Bay contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Basis Independent Silicon Valley beat The Nueva School (San Mateo, CA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Knights meet the San Jose Bulldogs (San Jose, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 27. More will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 10-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Marina (Marina, CA).
