The Hazen Highlanders football team (Renton, WA), dropped 21-7 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA)

With the win, Mercer Island advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Islanders host Newport - Bellevue (Bellevue, WA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Newport - Bellevue won 48-12 in their recent non-league bout against Renton (Renton, WA)

The Highlanders now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Inglemoor for a non-league bout on Friday, October 4. Hazen will encounter a Vikings team coming off a 43-0 league win over Redmond (Redmond, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-2.
