Overton Eagles (Overton, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Southwest Roughriders (Bartley, NE), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Overton improves its record to 16-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Giltner (Giltner, NE) to face the Hornets in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 7-6. Giltner won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Pleasanton (Pleasanton, NE)

Next, the Roughriders meet the St. Francis Indians (St. Francis, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Southwest will attempt to upgrade on its 15-2 season record.
