September 29, 2022: Lincolnton, NC The Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders volleyball team (Lincolnton, NC), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Challenger Firebirds (Hickory, NC)
The Firebirds (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Community Christian Academy (Bessemer City, NC). The Warriors enter the Western Piedmont Athletic challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Community Christian Academy was dropped by Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
