September 30, 2025: Tecumseh, KS 66542 Shawnee Heights Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, KS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Seaman Vikings (Topeka, KS), 3-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Shawnee Heights moves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to St. Mary's Academy (St. Marys, KS) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league test on Monday, October 6. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 5-7. St. Mary's Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Kansas City East Christian Academy (Kansas City, MO)
The Vikings now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lansing for a United Kansas outing on Thursday, October 2. Seaman will confront a Lions squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to De Soto (De Soto, KS). The Lions record now stands at 4-3.
