Red Wing Wingers (Red Wing, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting John Marshall Rockets (Rochester, MN), 57-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Red Wing upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Wingers host Mankato West (Mankato, MN) to play the Scarlets in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Scarlets go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Mankato West lost 59-46 in their recent league bout against Mankato East (Mankato, MN)
