The South Point Red Raiders ran past the host Kings Mountain Mountaineers basketball team by a final score of 59-48 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Red Raiders face the Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC) in a 3A Conference 50 game, on Friday, January 13. South Point will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Greenwave enter the game with a 10-4 record after their 53-28 non-league loss to Shelby (Shelby, NC).
