Virginia High School Basketball - Meadowbrook knocked off by Thomas Dale
January 10, 2023: Chester, VA 23831 The Thomas Dale Knights basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Meadowbrook Monarchs to 43 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Colonial Heights for a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. Thomas Dale will play a Colonials squad coming off a 64-38 non-league loss to Prince George (Prince George, VA). The Colonials record now stands at 1-6.
Next up, the Monarchs play the Dinwiddie Generals (Dinwiddie, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 13. Meadowbrook will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Generals come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 58-32 non-league win over Mechanicsville (Mechanicsville, VA).
