The Golden Demons basketball team (Golden, CO), was nudged 43-41 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Dakota Ridge Eagles (Littleton, CO)

The Eagles now possess a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conifer for a 5A/4A Jeffco battle on Friday, January 12. Dakota Ridge will battle a Lobos team coming off a 65-10 league loss to Green Mountain (Lakewood, CO). The Lobos record now stands at 2-7.

The Demons (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Littleton (Littleton, CO). The Lions come into the 5A/4A Jeffco battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Littleton edged Alameda (Lakewood, CO), 61-17, in a league battle.
