East Valley Athletes for Christ Eagles (Mesa, AZ) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host BASIS - Chandler Bobcats (Chandler, AZ), 62-47 in a league match.

With the victory, East Valley Athletes for Christ advances its record to 11-3 on the year. The Eagles host ASU Prep (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Sun Devils in a non-league match on Monday, January 13. The Sun Devils enter the match with a record of 2-5.

The Bobcats now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Pointe for a Canyon Division 3 - Sahuaro match on Thursday, January 16.
