In Friday's league test, the East Ridge Raptors (Woodbury, MN) basketball squad trounced the visiting Irondale Knights (New Brighton, MN), by a score of 67-46.

Next, the Raptors encounter the Stillwater Ponies (Stillwater, MN) in a AAAA Section 4 test, on Wednesday, January 15. East Ridge will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Ponies come into the test with a 9-4 record after their 65-59 non-league loss to Owatonna (Owatonna, MN).

The Knights (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN). The Rangers come into the AAAA Section 7 test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Forest Lake was routed by Mounds View (Arden Hills, MN), 56-47, in a non-league test.
