The Dime Box Longhorns were victorious over the visiting North Zulch Bulldogs basketball squad by a final score of 55-44 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Longhorns face the Buckholts Badgers (Buckholts, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 29 outing, on Tuesday, January 14. Dime Box will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Badgers enter the outing with a 2-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX).
