Idaho High School Basketball - Hillcrest can't hold off Skyline

Skyline Grizzlies (Idaho Falls, ID) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Hillcrest Knights (Idaho Falls, ID), 50-43 in a league match.

With the victory, Skyline advances its record to 10-6 on the year. The Grizzlies host Blackfoot (Blackfoot, ID) to face the Broncos in a 5A High Country match on Tuesday, January 14. The Broncos enter the match with a record of 10-4. Blackfoot lost 58-49 in their recent non-league match against Madison (Rexburg, ID)

The Knights now own a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shelley for a 5A High Country match on Tuesday, January 14. Hillcrest will face a Russets squad coming off a 60-58 league loss to Bonneville (Idaho Falls, ID). The Russets record now stands at 6-9.
