California High School Basketball - Arroyo bests Mt. Eden
January 10, 2025: San Lorenzo, CA 94580 The Arroyo Dons basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Mt. Eden Monarchs to 53 in the Dons league triumph on Friday.
The Dons now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Encinal for a game on Wednesday, January 15. Arroyo will confront a Jets team coming off a 58-39 non-league loss to Alameda (Alameda, CA). The Jets record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, Mt. Eden falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Monarchs host Tennyson (Hayward, CA) to confront the Lancers in a game on Friday, January 17. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 4-10. Tennyson won 49-34 in their recent league game against San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo, CA)
