Maryland High School Basketball - Damascus overwhelms Rockville
January 11, 2023: Damascus, MD 20872 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD) and the visiting Rockville Rams (Rockville, MD), saw Damascus's basketball squad wallop Rockville by a tally of 75-32.
With the victory, Damascus improves its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Hornets host Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD) to play the Coyotes in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Clarksburg lost 45-42 in their recent league test against Northwest (Germantown, MD)
The Rams now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Poolesville for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 1.
