Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD), 70-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Damascus upgrades its record to 21-0 on the season. The Hornets travel to Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-9. Walter Johnson lost 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD)
