Washington High School Basketball - Mount Vernon trounces Sehome

The Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA), 76-52 in Wednesday's league test.

The Bulldogs (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Wildcats go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Oak Harbor walloped Bellingham (Bellingham, WA), 66-58, in a league test.

The Mariners now own a 9-1 record. They play next when they host Sedro-Woolley for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Saturday, January 14. Sehome will encounter a Cubs squad coming off a 58-47 league win over Ferndale (Ferndale, WA). The Cubs record now stands at 4-8.
