Iowa High School Basketball - Northwest nudges Valley
January 11, 2024: Waukee, IA 50263 Northwest Wolves (Waukee, IA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Valley Tigers (West Des Moines, IA), 64-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Northwest upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Wolves travel to Southeast Polk (Pleasant Hill, IA) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 4-7.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Bellevue West Thunderbirds (Bellevue, NE) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
