Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Deer Lakes ripped by Shady Side Academy
January 11, 2024: Russellton, PA 15076 The Shady Side Academy Bulldogs basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Deer Lakes Lancers to 8 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ligonier Valley for a WPIAL 3A 3 contest on Tuesday, January 16.
The Lancers (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA). The Bucs enter the WPIAL 3A 3 contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Burrell triumphed over Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA), 47-29, in a league contest.
