California High School Basketball - Foothill trounces Kennedy

January 11, 2024: Bakersfield, CA 93306

The Foothill Trojans (Bakersfield, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA), 50-27 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Trojans (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Arvin (Arvin, CA). The Bears go into the South Yosemite - Horizon test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, Arvin walloped Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA), 40-30, in a league test.

The Thunderbirds now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host McFarland for a South Sequoia test on Friday, January 12. Kennedy will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 40-39 league win over Taft (Taft, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-15.
