Colorado High School Basketball - Discovery Canyon fells Rampart

The Discovery Canyon Thunder basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Rampart Rams to 55 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Thunder now have a 9-1 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Discovery Canyon will confront a Lancers team coming off a 64-48 non-league win over Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Lancers record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, Rampart falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Rams host Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO) to confront the Red-Tailed Hawks in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Red-Tailed Hawks go into the game with a record of 9-1. Cheyenne Mountain won 50-46 in their recent non-league game against Durango (Durango, CO)
