Delaware High School Basketball - Seaford trounces Delmar
January 12, 2023: Delmar, DE 19940 The Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE) basketball crushed the host Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE), 86-34 in Thursday's league test.
The Bluejays (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Indians go into the Henlopen - Southern test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Indian River walloped Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE), 43-42, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Early College for a Henlopen - Southern test on Tuesday, January 17. Delmar will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 79-27 league loss to Laurel (Laurel, DE). The Hornets record now stands at 2-5.
