January 12, 2023: Floyd, NM 88118 In Thursday's league match, the visiting Elida Tigers basketball team scored a good 64-56 triumph over the Floyd Broncos.
In their next game, the Tigers meet the Clovis Christian Eagles (Clovis, NM) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 13. Elida will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 11-3 record after their 55-46 non-league loss to Jal (Jal, NM).
With the defeat, Floyd moves to 4-8 on the year. The Broncos travel to Gateway Christian (Roswell, NM) to meet the Warriors in a A District 4 match on Friday, January 20. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 2-10.
