McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Reno Huskies (Reno, NV), 34-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, McQueen upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Lancers host Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 2-9. Damonte Ranch lost 33-31 in their recent league bout against Galena (Reno, NV)
