Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Reno Huskies (Reno, NV), 28-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Reed upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Raiders travel to Carson (Carson City, NV) to play the Senators in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Senators go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Carson won 28-16 in their recent league bout against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV)

Next up, the Huskies play the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) in a bout, on Saturday, January 7. Reno will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record.
